.SYNOPSIS...High pressure at 1020 mb over the Beaufort Sea will
continue to  slide east and slowly weaken, to be located over
Banks Island and extending southeastward into northwest Canada by
Wednesday. A  trough of low pressure and weather front extending
from the  Bering Sea into the Chukchi Sea will persist through
Tuesday.
