.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough over the Northern Beaufort
Sea will  move into the Arctic Coast of Alaska around noon Fri,
then move  south Fri night. High pressure will build over the
Beaufort Sea Saturday and Sunday, while a strong low moves
through the Bering  Sea.
