.SYNOPSIS...A strong low will persist in the Siberian Arctic as
low pressure  pushes E across the Arctic to a 1022 mb low 100 nm
N of Prudhoe  Bay. A 1001 mb low will develop near Wrangel Island
and move N along the Dateline Fri swinging a weather front N
across the  Western Arctic. The low N of Prudhoe Bay will
dissipate as high  pressure builds over MacKenzie Bay Fri night
with high pressure pushing W across the offshore waters Sat.
