.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure will persist over the Arctic as a 1020
mb low near Utqiagvik dissipates, and a 1015 mb low in the
Northern Beaufort Sea moves W to 700 nm N of Demarcation Point by
Thu afternoon, and to 600 nm N of Deadhorse by Fri afternoon.
High pressure will build east across the Arctic Coast and Plain
through Fri with a 1028 mb high developing near Umiat.
