PART 3  FORECAST
North of a line 08S142E to 17S170E. 
Variable winds 5/15 knots north of 5S with smooth to slight seas. SE/NE winds
10/20 knots further south with slight to moderate seas. A low to moderate SE
swell south of 12S. Scattered showers, rain areas and isolated thunderstorms. 

South of 15S. 
Mostly SE/E winds 20/30 knots, decreasing to 10/20 knots south of a line 21S170E
to 25S153E. Moderate to rough seas. Winds easing to 10/15 knots south of 26S
with slight seas. A low to moderate SE/E swell. Scattered showers and rain
areas. Isolated thunderstorms in the southwest.
