28S157E at 171100UTC.  

PART 3  FORECAST
NE of line 04S142E to 15S170E.
Variable winds 5/15 knots with slight seas. Scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Southwest of line and north of 20S.
SW/SE winds 10/20 knots with slight to moderate seas, tending S/SE 15/25 knots
with moderate to rough seas north of 15S. Isolated showers.

South of 20S.
SE/NE winds 10/20 knots with slight to moderate seas. Winds increasing to 15/25
knots east of developing trough with moderate to rough seas. Winds tending
variable 5/15 knots with slight seas west of developing trough. Isolated
showers, tending scattered with isolated thunderstorms closer to developing
