High 1025 32N38W, drifting northeast, expected 1024 35N31W by
17/12UTC.
Low area just east of Newfoundland, associated warm from reaching
ALTAIR soon, then FARADAY later.


Tropical wave along 27W south of 11N, moving west at 15/20 kt.
ITCZ along 7N11W 6N15W 8N21W 4N29W 2N35W.
