Backing East or Northeast 3 to 5, veering Southeast in east at end. Becoming slight. Some rain.  
BALEARES :
Southwest 3 or 4 at first, backing Southerly 2 or 3, then Northeast 3 or 4 later.   Slight decreasing.    
MINORQUE :
Southwesterly 3 or 4, decreasing Variable 2 or 3 soon, then becoming Northeasterly 3 or 4 later.  Slight decreasing. Some rain.   
LION :
Variable 2 to 4. Slight, decreasing later. Some rain.   
PROVENCE :

ANNABA :
